This page explains the cookies and browser storage ShrinkNetwork.com uses, what they're for, and how to change your choice at any time. It's the companion to the privacy policy.
The short version. ShrinkNetwork.com doesn't run ads, doesn't sell data, and doesn't set marketing cookies. Analytics is off by default and only turns on if you accept it. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
How we handle cookies
We use Google Consent Mode v2. When you first visit, all analytics and advertising storage is set to denied. The consent banner asks whether you want to allow analytics. If you accept, we turn on analytics storage. If you decline, or if you close the banner without choosing, analytics stays off. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask again on your next visit.

These aren't cookies. They're small pieces of data stored in your browser to make the site work properly.

Analytics (off until you accept)
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets the following cookies. These help us count visits in aggregate so we can see which pages are useful. We use IP anonymization and we don't enable Google Signals, ad personalization, or cross-site tracking.

Advertising (not used)
We don't run ads on this site. We don't set advertising cookies, we don't use retargeting pixels, and we don't share data with ad networks. The advertising storage signals in Consent Mode are always set to denied on our side regardless of what you choose on the banner.
Change or withdraw your choice
You can change your analytics choice at any time. Scroll to the very bottom of any page and click Cookie settings. The banner will reappear and you can accept or decline. If you decline after previously accepting, the analytics cookies stop being read on your next request and expire on their own.
You can also clear all site data from your browser. In most browsers, this is under Settings, then Privacy, then Site data. Clearing site data will reset your consent choice and the site will ask again on your next visit.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don't run advertising or profile you, so DNT and GPC signals don't change anything on our end. Analytics is still controlled by your choice on the consent banner.
Third parties
Loading a page loads type styles from Google Fonts and, if you accept analytics, sends data to Google Analytics. Once a request goes to Google, Google's own privacy practices apply. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
