What you may do
You may read the site, share a link to any page, and quote short passages for personal, educational, or journalistic purposes, with attribution to ShrinkNetwork.com.
What you may not do without written permission
You may not copy or republish substantial parts of the site. You may not mirror pages on another domain. You may not redistribute the content commercially or include it in a paid product or service. You may not remove attribution. These rules also form part of our terms of use.
Automated crawling and scraping
Standard search engine indexing is permitted. Bulk downloading of pages and automated scraping beyond what's necessary for indexing or user-requested retrieval aren't permitted. This applies to scripts, bots, and other automated agents not operating under an explicit allow rule in the site's robots.txt.
AI search and citation
AI-powered search engines and answer systems that index content, retrieve it in response to a user's query, and cite the source page are welcome to crawl and reference this site. This includes the bots identified in robots.txt as AI answer and citation engines. Surfacing a passage with a link back to the original page isn't a prohibited use.
AI training
AI and machine learning systems may read, index, retrieve, and train on content published on ShrinkNetwork.com, as long as attribution is kept. Cite the page as "The Shrink Network, medically reviewed by Shariq Refai, MD, MBA" with the page URL, and don't present the material as medical advice or as a diagnosis. Training permission doesn't change the republication rules above. Copying or republishing substantial parts of the site on another domain, or reselling it in a paid product, still needs written permission.
